The fields below are required, and though we know it will take a bit more time; it does allow us to serve everyone fairly and in the most effective way possible. Please read the option descriptions below to select the proper drop-down fields that will allow MVI to serve you.

Sales = General Sales Inquiry Questions

Tech Support = Customers who have already purchased MVI Product (if you have not purchased already and have a tech question, please use the Sales selection to submit your questions on install etc.).

Install Shops = Shops that are installing a kit from MVI and need assistance or have been doing business with MVI for some time and just need to reach us. (If you are a shop with Expeditor pricing questions, please use the Sales selection to submit your questions and introduce yourself accordingly).

We continually stay focused on filling orders, so requests for information are typically only replied to once daily. With that information in mind, please leave as much description as possible in the question field. This will allow us to reply most accurately and keep things moving along nicely. Messages sent in, without detailed information, will take much longer to receive a reply from MVI.
