Payment Policy for USA and Canada:
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Personal checks are not accepted. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or contact 866-674-1705 for further details. In accordance with our payment terms, items scheduled to ship within 1-5 business days of order date are billed in full at time of order. Customer is responsible for all duties and taxes with shipments made to Canada.
Payment Policy for International Shipments outside of USA and Canada:
We do not accept personal checks of any kind. Mobile Video Integrations takes credit card fraud and protection of your identity very seriously, so we have provided two payment options for customers that would like to make purchases outside of USA and Canada:
- We will accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover in conjunction with a valid government issued photo ID that matches the cardholder’s name and we can only ship product to the billing address of the cardholder. Please contact us at: email@example.com to complete the processing of your order.
- We can also accept a wire transfer of funds directly to our bank account in the United States, which is a little less intrusive than the processing of a credit card for international purchases. Please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org so we can provide you with wire transfer instructions if this is a better option for you.
We would very much like to earn your business, so we hope you can understand these necessary preacutions to protect you, our valued customer. In either option, full payment is required prior to shipping of product, and additional time lags may occur with navigation systems as mapping software may need to be installed for your region in the world. You will be made fully aware of any time lags prior to purchasing of product.
Mobile Video Integrations prides itself in offering you the highest grade product possible for your vehicle needs. Mobile Video Integrations only deals with manufactures that stand behind their product for no less than one year’s time, and Auto Spa Mobile Technologies extends the same warranty to our customers that cover parts ONLY within a 12 month time frame from date of purchase.
All parts and accessories covered under warranty are subject to proper installation of said product(s) as outlined by instructions provided by manufacturer and/or Mobile Video Integrations upon purchase. Failure to follow instructions or following unrecommended installation procedures may void product warranty. Mobile Video Integrations cannot be held liable for faulty installations that may have caused damage to the product. Special circumstances may apply for extended warranty of our product line, so please contact email@example.com or contact 866-674-1705 for further details (if applicable).
Installations of Product:
Mobile Video Integrations recommends that the products offered on this site be installed by a professional install shop or a car dealership. If performing the installation individually, we highly recommend you utilize the assistance of someone with experience in the industry. While we do provide up to 15 minutes of technical support for our products, technical support is to be used for troubleshooting purposes ONLY and is NOT intended to walk someone through an entire installation. Mobile Video Integrations also cannot be held responsible for poor installation work done by an individual(s) with no prior training or background in the industry. Failure to comply with these guidelines could result in a non-refund of the product purchased. Also, you should always allow for proper time when performing the installation. Technical support is made available to our customers Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm EST, and will NOT be available on weekends.
Mobile Video Intergrations will warranty parts ONLY as outlined under the Product Warranty section and the customer is responsible for ALL labor costs when installing the product(s) at a professional installation shop or car dealership. This includes any subsequent labor costs that may come as a result of warranty work being performed on the vehicle in question.
If you are not satisfied with the merchandise within 7 days of delivery, you may contact us at 866-674-1705 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and ask to process a return along with a reason for your disapproval. After approval by our returns department, we will contact you and provide you with a Return Authorization form that will need to be completed and returned to Mobile Video Integrations for a processing of your refund.
Merchandise must be returned in the original shipping materials and in new condition and shipping along with full insurance charges will be on the buyers expense that is pre-paid, no collect shipping allowed. We will need to receive the returned item in perfect re-sellable condition before we can process your return. When the merchandise returns in good condition, a refund will be issued for the merchandise and may be subject to a 20% RESTOCKING FEE subject to reason for return of product. Damaged merchandise will be refused and no refund will be issued. Failure to meet any of these requirements will result a refusal and no refund will be issued.
All products are intended to be installed by a professional in the industry. Although Mobile Video Integrations makes every effort to aid in the installation process for the individuals that like to do the work themselves, Mobile Video Integrations and www.gm-navigation.com shall not be liable for any injury, loss, direct or indirect due to the use of our products. It is the responsibility of the Customer to determine the suitable use of the product before purchasing. Prices are subject to change without notice; our liability shall only be limited to the replacement of a product that is proved to be defective.
