The great news is this Factory Navigation Upgrade will keep everything completely original in the vehicle while adding the factory GPS mapping as if it came built that way from the factory. This all-new high-tech electrical system has become even more complex and rather difficult; without creating problems, to swap things around successfully without very extensive knowledge of the system, and you will not find that knowledge with any other company out there. Our very dedicated and loyal service to the GM family vehicle line gives us the ability to continue to offer the very highest of quality factory products to these new trucks successfully without creating the inevitable headaches that come with trying sub-par alternatives. Our Factory Navigation upgrade will be sent out as a genuine GM module swap that will be set up specific to your GMC Sierra’s Vin# for turn-key, plug, and play installation. This upgrade will require a core back in brand new and undamaged condition. MVI will provide the insured shipping label to return the core module back with. The core fee will be refunded back to the card used at the time of purchase within 1 week of MVI receiving it back and inspecting it. Please see the pictures below that show what will result in a Core Refund Refusal.
WHAT YOU ARE PURCHASING:
This upgrade is a Core Module Swap, meaning the module that you will be receiving came out of the previous customer’s 2019 or 2020 (depending on the year model you are purchasing for) truck that just performed the upgrade. The Core Module is required back, in brand new and completely undamaged condition in order to receive the Core Refund. It is a good idea to reset the module to factory defaults and erase all personal data prior to sending it back to MVI; however, if this is forgotten, MVI will do this step on the bench when the module gets tested prior to shipping it back out to the next client. Please make sure to see pics below that note what is and is not a core return in good condition
